Marriage & Family Therapist

I grew up in the Central Coast town of Arroyo Grande, which was a dream to live next to the beach, but when I arrived in the SF Bay Area for college in 1995, I knew I found my home. After exploring different fields, I followed my heart into health and wellness, earning my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from JFK University in 2010.

A woman sitting on a green sofa, smiling at a young girl lying on another green sofa, wearing an eye mask and covered with a blanket, in a cozy living room with framed pictures on the wall and a window showing outside greenery.

I’ve worn many hats and taken on many roles as a mentor to children with severe emotional disturbances, Trauma therapist for victims of crimes, Parenting Consultant, Child-Parent Empowerment Partner, Behavioral Interventionist, High School Mental Health Counselor, Program supervisor, manager, and director, but my passion lies in my private practice. Working 1:1 allows me to give my clients the attention they deserve.
