About Me

“I’m not a blank wall with a notepad. I’m a person. A whole, messy, enthusiastic one.”

I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist who works with people navigating big trauma — the kind that makes your body hurt, your relationships suffer, and your sense of self go completely sideways. I specialize in helping people who have tried to get better before and couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t working.

“I will swear with you, laugh with you, and then get you to do the actual work — because you’re worth it.”

A woman sitting on a green sofa, smiling at a young girl lying on another green sofa, wearing an eye mask and covered with a blanket, in a cozy living room with framed pictures on the wall and a window showing outside greenery.

I'm the firstborn daughter, the first grandchild, the one who still signs up for too many things because what if that the coolest thing that ever happened? I have a therapist of my own. I've struggled in ways that weren't pretty. I know what it's like to watch your friends seem to have it together while you're wondering what you're missing.

I also know that you weren't put here to work, pay bills, and be exhausted. And deep down, so do you.
